Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plan

Nibbler Basic is the free plan. Nibbler Pro is a monthly subscription for higher everyday usage.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals from the billing portal. If you cancel, Nibbler Pro remains active until the end of the current paid period, then the account returns to Nibbler Basic.

Refund Requests

• Contact support within 14 days of the charge if the payment was accidental, duplicated or the paid features did not work as expected.
• Refunds are reviewed case by case, taking account activity, support history and applicable consumer law into account.
• We generally do not provide partial refunds for a billing period that has been substantially used, unless required by law.
